  • Pro-bono process landscape for Fastacash, a social media payments start-up.

  • Programme managed the use of business architecture and business process management to build the process inventory for integration of RBS Corporate and Retail Asia businesses into ANZ. Integration successfully completed.

  • Leading a team of up to 90, programme managed the use of business architecture and business process management to build the complete process inventory for:

    • new core banking system in Asia (Finacle)

    • conversion of branches in subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, and Taiwan

    • new AML systems deployment into Asia

    • new payments systems deployment into Asia

    • new mobile banking platform for Cambodia (Wing).
